Purchasing & Payments
Animals listed for sale on our website or other classified pages are available until they are removed or marked as sold. Any animal may be placed on hold for an agreed upon period with a NON REFUNDABLE 20% deposit is paid. By the end of that period the balance must be paid in full, or the deposit is void and the animal will again be placed back up for sale. All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. We accept and prefer PayPal for all payments but other forms of payment may apply. If you are interested in multiple animals, please contact us for a quantity discount. By purchasing or placing a deposit on any animal you are agreeing to abide by our Terms & Conditions. All sales are final. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of any of our animals to anyone for any reason for the safety and well being of our animals. We cannot accept the return of any animal for any reason again for the safety and health of our collection. We take quarantine very seriously. After the seven day period the buyer accepts full responsibility for health and sex of the animal(s) purchased of Form.
Payment Plans
Payment Plans are available at our discretion and will be made available for certain purchases. A NON REFUNDABLE 20% deposit will be required to place an animal on hold. Once the 20% deposit has been paid, the animal will be considered sold and we will continue to care for that animal as if it were ours until the date shipped. Length of payment terms will be agreed upon by the buyer and the seller depending on total cost of purchase. Please inquire if interested.
Live Arrival Guarantee
Live Arrival is guaranteed on all shipments as long as an adult is home to receive the package on the first delivery attempt by FedEx. We expect a confirmation email from the receiver within an hour of arrival of the animal(s) notifying us that the animal(s) have arrived safely. If any problem with the package and or animal is observed by the receiver we must be notified and acceptable pictures sent. Failure to do so will void any health or live arrival guarantee. No exceptions.
Animal Guarantee Conditions
All animals are guaranteed to be properly sexed (excluding ones stated Temperature sexed as they are not guaranteed to be properly sexed) healthy & feeding prior to shipping. In addition, all animals have a seven day health guarantee as long as the proper care has been provided for based on our recommendations and experience. If any animal is deemed unhealthy and agreed upon by us within seven days, a replacement animal will be sent or a full refund will be issued for the purchase price of the animal. Photos must be provided to receive a refund. In some cases we may require the deceased animal to be sent back to us at our expense. We will not be held responsible for any vet bills or other expenses.
Shipping Information
All animals are shipped in insulated shipping boxes via FedEx Priority Overnight. Most deliveries are guaranteed by 10:30 am, but this is not always the case as delays can occur during transport. It is your responsibility to have an adult home to receive your package all day. We will not be held responsible for any package left outside for any reason. Failure to meet these requirements will void any health guarantee. Due to extreme weather conditions (hot or cold) orders may be delayed or canceled at our discretion. Temperatures below 40 and above 90 are considered too extreme to allow safe shipping. We are fully willing to keep the animal(s) in our safe environment until the weather permits. Shipping cost is based on box size and weight as well as the receivers location. Shipping cost can be determined at any time prior to final payment received once zip code is emailed to us.
